If you are not satisfied, you may return your unused, undamaged item within 7 days of receipt, and I will refund the purchase price.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

If an item reaches you damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact me immediately.
I will exchange it with a similar replacement item of equal value.

It is extremely important to prep your unglazed earthenware products before any use.
Soak the earthenware completely in water or starchy water (water in which rice or pasta is cooked) for at least 24-48 hours. Rinse and let air dry completely before initial use.
This gives the dish extra strength and durability.

Not dishwasher or microwave safe

Clean your earthenware dish with warm water and a non-abrasive/non-metallic cleaning pad only.
Do not use any soap or detergent on your earthenware products.
